Wrong. All it does is "produce jobs". It would prevent the firing of, or rehire, thousands of police, firefighters and teachers (400,000), and it is 100% paid for within the bill.

Besides individual communities should be responsible for funding their respective police and fire and States for education.

Let's see: actual jobs bill on the desks of Congress bad, but some imaginary politician that Dell will elect next year, out of none of the current candidates running (oh, wait, maybe President Romney), will magically buckle down and create jobs.
