If somebody gets caught with crack cocaine do you not think they are getting a sentence? If someone has one vicoden that is not prescribed to them in FL, it is a felony. Felony for every pill. I think it is immoral to treat someone who has a drug addiction as a criminal. and a huge waste of money to treat said individual as a criminal.
Yeah, I think a majority of that 5% and 27% do not belong there.

I have no problem releasing everyone arrested on possession no matter what the drug. In fact release all the bookies, loan sharks, pimps and ho's not involved in child exploitation first and even second time DUI's and most any other non-violent/non-property crime offender. My point is, contrary to common belief, they are not a majority and make up a small percentage of the numbers the Supreme Court is proposing for release.
