No. The Supreme Court ruled that even the incarcerated have the right not to be kept in inhumane, overcrowded conditions living in fecal and urinary waste, rats, cockroaches, excrement, and violence that can't be controlled, leading to a markedly increased suicide rate compared to other prisons.

Every one of these people could be kept incarcerated, if California had fixed the problem of the terrible conditions. Why aren't you going after that? Why aren't you blaming the California prison system for screwing up so badly that the SC rules prison population must be decreased? That is the cause of it all.

The bigger question is why isn't and wasn't the U.S. Attorney's Office going after them? Everytime a crime is commited by one of the 30,000 to be released the rights of a law abiding american are violated.

IMO This flow of 30,000 soon to be released criminals on society will be far deadlier than the BP oil spill. How long once they are released till the first murder? How long till the death toll equals the BP spill?

I would be willing to bet that the state can EASILY find 30,000 people that do not belong in jail / prison.

Yes the California prison system. Who violated rules set by the lower court that led to the Supreme Court making their decision?

BTW I am mad at the California prison system and the State Government for violating the original order. Ultimately it is their fault and that is why I want the U.S. Attorney to get involved. You know the same U.S. Atty who had no hesitation stepping into AZ and defending illegals. I figured if they can look out for illegals they should surely look out for americans, specifically law-abiding americans. Guess that's too far reaching for this crew?
