Every one of these people could be kept incarcerated, if California had fixed the problem of the terrible conditions. Why aren't you going after that? Why aren't you blaming the California prison system for screwing up so badly that the SC rules prison population must be decreased? That is the cause of it all.

IMO This flow of 30,000 soon to be released criminals on society will be far deadlier than the BP oil spill. How long once they are released till the first murder? How long till the death toll equals the BP spill? |

![]() yeah, you really think they are just going to let out people with life sentences? How long until some rich lawyer gets drunk and murders someone with his / her car? I would be willing to bet that the state can EASILY find 30,000 people that do not belong in jail / prison.

BTW I am mad at the California prison system and the State Government for violating the original order. Ultimately it is their fault and that is why I want the U.S. Attorney to get involved. You know the same U.S. Atty who had no hesitation stepping into AZ and defending illegals. I figured if they can look out for illegals they should surely look out for americans, specifically law-abiding americans. Guess that's too far reaching for this crew? ![]() |
