When there are more overdoses, plane crashes from drugged out pilots, malpractice from drugged out surgeons, more useless druggies getting welfare instead of working, do you really think we'll "save" money?
this country and the people are really screwed up when they make drug users out to be criminals. I understand punishing the dealers, but addiction is a physical and mental health problem, not a crime.
