No. Freedom of speech does not trump all. This is a democracy. Other people have rights to freedom that are greater than your mouth. That is the point. Freedom of speech doesn't trump being able to yell "fire" in a theatre. Neither does it trump terroristic threatening (as several have learned just this past week after they were arrested)
