According to the labor contract the information should not have been released until the player has gone thru the entire appeals process. Someone at MLB leaked it and ESPN reported it. Neither should have been done and it should have been confidential until the appeal was heard and the suspension was set. Neither have been done. It is interesting that ESPN will sit on info like the Fine case but report the Braun positive test.

The damage to his reputation is already done even if he is exonerated thus lawsuits will be filed or settlements will be reached most likely
