This is kinda funny. They showed the clip of him saying Arod should come out and admit it right away. He had a lot to say about a lot of other players. I guess lets wait and see if the test is legit.

I think this is going to play out very very interesting. My guess is there is a sizeable lawsuit against ESPN right now from Mr. Braun. Rumor has it that he has herpes and that the positive came from a herpes medicine that he was prescribed.

If this is true I see the four letter network getting crushed financially by Braun. Still all rumors but this should not gotten out regardless until it was finalized and for MLB to allow this to get out goes against their policies and labor contracts. Also MLB will have a hard time suspending him based on the leak of info

According to the labor contract the information should not have been released until the player has gone thru the entire appeals process. Someone at MLB leaked it and ESPN reported it. ESPN isnt involved in the labor contract.

The Fine case involves an active criminal investigation.

I don't believe that reporting something true can be used as the basis of a lawsuit regardless of the damage done to someones reputation. However I am not a lawyer, dont have omnipotent powers to be right all the time like Riot and did not stay in a Holiday Inn express last night so maybe Pointman or a real lawyer can weigh in.

I don't think he has a case against ESPN, he failed the drug test and they reported it. Why he failed is not their problem, the info they reported is accurate. He may be exonerated by MLB but it won' t make his test results change.

This is the problem with the leak of the info. Most people have already decided his guilt. Maybe he is guilty, maybe not but it should not have been reported until he made it thru the entire process.

He used his lawyer to get off on a technicality (sample not sent in time). MLB could have avoided looking like fools if they would not have had a leak inside. Great day to be a BREWER FAN! Providing MLB with a lie detector proves that he can beat a lie detector nothing more. Did he take it only once witout using anti-anxiety meds? IMO tihis is a horrible precident if MLB caves.

Let's revisit this in July. I think he struggles with everyone, that is not a Brewer fan, taunting him and throwing syringes at him. He doesn't have Fielder to protect him and he has a lot of extra pressure. He had a career year last year that would have been hard to duplicate any way. I say his numbers drop by at least 25%.
