The know-nothing chick just had another classic. Race 6 at Woodbine, #5 is a late gate scratch. So there is a slight delay. Instead of backing everyone out and moving the numbers. The 5 hole is left open.
She goes up in arms about it, calls it cheating and such and such. Doesn't she know that this happens regularly on the NYRA circuit.
