This is an example of how g d manipulative you are. Yea, they gettin' the money from surcharges on foreign companies etc., but it's still money that belongs to the American People. It's money we could put towards other needs, or use to pay off the debt. Now, we've got to use it to pay for the damage done by people that should never have been allowed to roam around (unwatched) in our country. I'm for the bill, but we should all take note of why this was allowed to ever happen. This is rather an example of how dense you are. It's a new tax (surcharges) on foreign companies, invented to pay for this - not current - and it's more than is needed, so the extra will help pay off the debt, too.

And btw, this bill will pass the obstructive Senate. Public opinion has outed the GOP, and the votes are pouring in.

In the lame duck you've heard the squeek of tax cuts (extension of tax cuts) stimulus package, huge business deductibles, food safety bill, repeal of DADT. Ratification of the START Treaty will happen tomorrow, and the 9-11 responders will possibly pass Christmas Eve or Thursday.
