I don't know what kind of job you have or who you work for, but most bigger companies offer some kind of 401k plan. If your company does any kind of match, even better, free money.

My job is horrible, they put $ in, but we cant. And its not much. Should I do a 401k on my own?

If your gambling continues the way it has I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to retire at 30.
