Is he even better then Lee?

It's not even close. Lee's had 3 pretty good years. His career ERA is just under 4. Halladay's resume blows his out of the water and he's finally getting to show what he can do on a contender. Meanwhile, Lee is 5-6 since being traded to Texas.

CL's performance in the playoffs last year was nothing short of spectacular.

That what RH will be measured against.

Needless to say, he's off to a hell of a start.

Just the second no-hitter in playoff history … WOW

I think CL performance today was HUGE. Against a much better offense then Cinci as well.

At risk of being accused of stalking you, the Rays offense doesn't hold a candle to the Reds offense. The Rays have a team batting average of .247 for the season (only Seattle saved them from being last in the AL). The only way they were able to generate the runs they did this year, is by walking and once they were on base, running at every chance. Beating the Rays is a simple formula, throw strikes and make them hit their way on. Cliff Lee threw strikes and the Rays were helpless.

Last 3 years since Lee has become a top flight starter...

Lee 48-24 2.98
Halladay 58-31 2.67

No comparison, although Lee's postseason record speaks for itself. (granted, Lee playing half of 2009 with Cleveland and half of 2010 with Seattle likely affected his win total but Toronto in 2008 and 2009 wasn't the greatest team on the planet either.)

The rest of the league should be thanking God, that they both still aren't on the Phillies.
