Until the Jets start calling plays that FEATURE their quarterback because they believe in him instead of hiding him, like they did the entire 2009 season, we will not be able to understand how good the NY Jets are. Sanchez is the question not Reevis.

sanchez doesn't need to be a feature qb if all the jets have to do is score 17-24 points to win most games.

he needs to be moderately competent with that defense. that isn't a stretch.

That is speaking about GREEN BAY. It should be taken in the same manner as when Jets fans talk about Miami

Regardless, that 'you must not watch football' bullshit is stupid. It's little man syndrome talk. We all watch football here, and the fact remains that it's by far the toughest team sport to predict year in and year out.

I predict the Eagles will be a better team with Kevin Kolb. They have a very tough schedule, and may not have a ton of success this particular year.. but I expect an Aaron Rogers type progression.

from NFC east blog: McNabb being heckled by some Skins fans already.. not looking accurate, throwing lots of INT, having trouble learning the playbook.

Granted its just camp & that doesnt mean much.

I fully expect that Jason Campbell will have a better year than McNabb also.

Putting this **** out there for bragging rights or crow eating rights at the end of the year.

I don't think that's a huge stretch.......

Think about it, the Redskins don't have great weapons for McNabb and they also have to play in a much better divison than the Black and Silver.

I wouldn't be suprised if Campbell has a better year.

Gotta remember that McNabb doesnt play for Andy Reid anymore.

Dont think Shanahan will throw the ball 4 times when you are first and goal from the 2 yard line.

Andy, he will throw the ball 4 times.

Skins O-line is so poor that the most accurate prediction would be to predict some type of injury to McNabb during the season. History repeats itself.

I will say that Campbell has a higher QB rating at the end of the season, and the Raiders have a better W-L record. both teams miss the playoffs.

My favorite part of Hard Knocks was when Rex gave Complainian Tomlinson a copy of all the negative things that have been written about him.

i'll take my chance with shanhan/mcnabb over cable/campbell

mcnabb beat him in td's , fewer int's and qb rating , throw in yds as well

you philly fans are going to miss him

LOL

yes, we will miss him so much that our Coach and GM and owner were willing to trade him to a division rival. If that doesnt speak volumes, nothing does.

McNabb is so great that he basically had the same trade value as AJ Feeley when we traded him a few years ago.

Besides, McNabb of 2010 is not near the same as McNabb of 1999-2005. he's years past his prime, just like the majority of the Redskins.

Hey thats a quote watch it.

I can't get the article up but crazy Al has come out to say it.
What's his other quote, oh yea.

"Davis also compared the team to his Super Bowl winning 1980 squad, chances are Campbell will fall short of the delusional expectations. Still, he figures to be Oakland's first true leader under center since Rich Gannon."

Hard Knocks is GENIUS!! Love Rex Ryan at the helm.

Expecting big things from both the Eagles and the Jets this year. Eagles always outshine expectations when they are picked to be average. The Jets are just, well, loaded on paper. Am foaming at the mouth for this year to play out!!!

People in the Potomac are delusional about the Redskins? You don't say. They look pretty sharp tonight at least.

The defense has always been there. They werent going anywhere with Campbell at the helm, so 5 could very well put them over the top. It's a matter of the O-line keeping McNabb upright, and the AARP running back commitee.
