T.V. Lark is not forgotten!
My first favorite--conqueror of Kelso on turf--lives on (if barely) through Bertrando and Quack (damsire of Misremembered, so there's hope). |

Graustark is a good one. I think he came undefeated into the Bluegrass with a ton of hype, but lost that race and suffered a career-ending injury. He had a classic pedigree too (by Ribot) and could have been any kind.
And even I wouldn't call T.V. Lark "great," but he was pretty good. His daughter Pink Pigeon was a real flyer on the turf as well. |
