I can see the Ron Paul folks forcing a second ballot on the Romney/Portman ticket, however, and just causing lots of noise. Mitt's campaign is just flailing right now. It's unbelievably amateur. And they just brought on more "professional" campaign people at the request of his SuperPAC owners, in the past month. Dick Cheney is pushing Romney and trying to control the foreign policy aspect.
