The Path to Prosperity a budget proposal by Paul Ryan that has not been passed is the root cause of the destruction of the Unions in WI and now we will be forced to obey the large corporations and the Koch Brothers (who are not even in the top 50 of political donors in America) and the bill will provide Tax cuts to the wealthiest americans and corporations.
