Walker also said something significant yesterday: he said that none of this criminal defense fund will go to pay for the criminal defense of the multiple felony charges much of his former office staff have been already charged with.

Legally, a criminal defense fund can only be established to protect certain entities.

Walker just eliminated everybody but himself.

The second and last Wisconsin debate is tonight, on CSpan. Voting in the recall election is Tuesday. Walker has garnered millions from out-of-state billionaire corporate donors trying to keep him in office against the will of his electorate that have forced a recall.

Walker is the poster child, along with Florida, Michigan and Ohio, of the ALEC-determined Republican puppet politician: the tool for implementing the ALEC agenda of privatizing and profitizing everything possible in this country (including towns like Benton Harbor, MI, ending democratic rule of the town via "emergency manager czars", and the "emergency manager" selling off the town-owned assets to private people. Gee: imagine if "a democrat" had tried that?) Destroying unions and implementing "right to work for less" wage protection destruction feeds directly into the $$ profit of the business owners.

It's easy to get away with, when you can point and scream, "Kenyan non-citizen!" at the President of the United States to distract the foolish. Or, "wefare queen!" Or, "union thugs!"

Getting neighbor to fight neighbor is always a great distraction to keep the little people busy, while the wealthy do what they wish.

Walker will be hit hard with the rising and essentially undeniable appearance that he is fully the remaining subject in the ongoing FBI John Doe criminal investigation in his former office.

But the real story of this election is: American citizens, are you prepared to give up everything you have left: the promise of opportunity, freedom, your life, your education, the future of your kids, the quality of your life - to the wealthiest to own?

Oh, yeah: Scott Walker's reply to Congress, as they have caught Walker lying to Congress, is due to the Congress tomorrow.
Grasping at straws are we? Latest poll shows Walker up by 7 points. Oh yeah and the Department of Labor Statistics(run by our democratic president) will confirm Walker's unemployment statistics by tomorrow. Where is Obama? I thought he was coming to WI to help Barrett? I guess he doesn't want to go down with the sinking ship. They are trying to get slick Willy here, but hasn't happened just yet and the election is on Tuesday.

And two other polls show them tied, with the momentum with Barrett.

Walker has spent $25 million - and he can't get over 50%? Barrett has spent $2-3 million?

The president of either party has nothing to do with how the Labor Bureau computes it's statistics Sorry - that one's not "political". Be sure and post that confirmation (that their last report was off by thousands) here

I'm more interested that Walker's response to Congress is due tomorrow.

Serious question: does it not bother you that Scott Walker perjured himself and lied to a Congressional committee while under oath? And it's proven on videotape? And he's gonna have to either admit he lied to congress and the voters, or hold to the lie in the face of video evidence he's a liar?

Be sure to watch the debate tonight on CNN at 9:00pm eastern, and vote Tuesday

I notice the Republicans are pushing specifically to have Kleefish re-elected as Lt. Governor, even if someone doesn't want to vote for Walker - because if Scotty resigns in disgrace over felony charges, the Republicans want to hold the governorship.

BTW, Bill Clinton is going to be campaigning in Wisconsin Saturday with Barrett.

Oh - and Scotty today made a massive, 7,289 page e-mail dump as the result of an open records request. You can read them, here: http://www.scribd.com/WisconsinOpenRecords

This was made in regard to Walker's union busting (the same thing he perjured himself to Congress over)

"This email dump is the product of a public records request made about a year ago. The researchers responsible say that the request was for any and all emails that mentioned any of the keywords below.

· state workers
· AFSCME
· AFL-CIO
· AFLCIO
· collective bargaining
· Koch
· quorum
· Wagner Act
· Americans for Prosperity
· Bradley Foundation
· prank
· demonstrators
· Flint hills
· Reiss Coal
· Georgia-Pacific
· 480
· KochPac

Have you noticed all the corporations publicly dumping membership in ALEC? Today Wal-Mart abandoned them (strange because the Waltons are Republican owners) Looks like that Republican "ACORN" is turning into a disaster of "do not associate oneself with".

You mean like he "crushed" Barret the last debate? Or when he sat there stuttering as Barrett talked about Walker's latest aid today, the 15th, to plea bargain in the FBI John Doe investigation? You know, the 15 felony and misdemeanor arrests and multiple plea bargains of the aids in Walkers last office? The one Walker won via a recall? (and Walker is now against recalls, and wants to change the laws - imagine that!)

Or how Barrett called out Walker for lying on camera about what he was referring to with "divide and conquer" in Walker's videotape, within the first five minutes of the debate?

Or how Barrett pointed out that even Walker's "made up jobs numbers" actually were not "verified" by the BLS today, and even the "made up jobs numbers" show a loss, even though Walker keeps pretending they show more jobs.

Or how Barrett pointed out, "My city arrests felons, you hire them"?

Or how Walker sat silent while Barrett pounded him?

Yeah, Walker "crushed"

Yeah, Walker "crushed"
you hear only what you want to hear. Voters heard loud and clear

Barrett- no plan for job creation and he didn't dispute that the job numbers released were accurate ( oh wait he wants to put a $100 million trolley on the east side of milwaukee that they won't bring to a vote because they know the voters don't want it). He actually tried to bring a republican idea of providing tax incentives to companies that will bring jobs to WI, but didn't really explain how he would do this he then went back to what he wouldn't have done.

Walker- has a plan for job creation and it is working

Barrett seemed a little agitated and at one point referenced "people of Color" in the city of Milwaukee.

Barrett claims to be for the middle class but his fees and taxes that are higher than any other county in the state say otherwise. Ever heard of a wheel tax? It exists in Milwaukee. Doesn't exist any where else in our state. Is that taxing the rich or the poor?

During last night's gubernatorial debate between Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and Gov. Scott Walker, Barrett made the point that in his years in public service, he never had an aide arrested.

But in May 2010, Joseph N. Cantu, who had been Barrett's office receptionist, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery and one count of disorderly conduct in connection with an incident involving an ex-girlfriend, according to online court records.

Cantu had been placed on unpaid leave after the charge became public. He was sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction under the Huber law.

In another case dating back to June 2008, Barrett appointed Boris Gokhman, a well known developer, to a business improvement district board. In 2004, Gokhman was convicted of health-care fraud
