That insight seemed to be missing amongst the "Santa Anita should be the only host of the BC BECAUSE of the potential weather issues other places" comments...
This is just idiotic. There are many reasons that Santa Anita should not be the only BC host track but to use this freek weather occurance does not help your arguement.
