i knew it wouldn't happen. when a pols lips move, he's lying. obama, as i said during the campaign, would find out what he could and could not do when he won the election. all those promises, oops. gitmo, still open. iraq, still there, and trying to remain there. afganistan, now the longest war in u.s. history, and no sign of leaving. so, he bitched about the war costs, and jumps in and spends a billion on libya.
