Surprised he didnt just flip the minivan back over considering his magical powers
Interesting that he was 25 minutes away from the track at 6:45 considering he clocks everyone's horses every day? Maybe he has secret camera's hidden in the secret ice machine? He could have at least offered the victims a magical ice bath to heal their injuries.
