As long as he got the message across I don't care if he spoke in Martian, the need of this Texas Senator to interrupt his testimony says much more about the "good Senator" than anyone else, and speaks to the underlying racism that is in play here.
Yea it's the senator's fault the moron couldn't learn english over 20 some years.
