Mike Vick, 'making a mockery of the NFL' should be 'banned for life' from his livlihood for his crime, but a guy that smacked around his wife deserves 'basic respect regardless what his percieved image may be' ?!

I'm glad I dont see eye to eye with you, Buffy! Btw, feel free to join your fellow social defects in protesting the Eagles games! You guys reach new levels of lameness by the week! Let me know if you ever get to a game!!

Sorry but I'm actually an Eagles fan and have nothing but respect for Mike Vick and the way he's turned his life around. Maybe, instead of shooting your mouth off without any idea what you are talking about you might take the time to actually engage in meaningful exchange of ideas....but then, what does the truth matter?

I actually pulled those quotes from one of YOUR posts in an old thread about Vick. 'Innocent until proven guilty', but still not exempt from your JUDGEMENT of him.

Toast your next drink to the wifebeater Albarado!! I, too, am happy to see that he's bein shown basic respect and he's getting paid!!! Yaaaaaaaaay!!!

Its not like he needs the money. For a jockey, winning the derby is the most sought after trophy in a jockeys career. No amount of money will make up for it. If they really wanted to make it up for him, give him the mount back for the Preakness.

So is Albarado going to pay Team Valor when he jumps off one of their mounts to ride another horse? Is this the future of things to come? How silly.I feel it was nothing more than a PR move,and he should have got nothing.He even said before the derby that "it's part of the game".
