As you know, because you've been told before but you chose to ignore it, there is no penalty to actually pay in the PPACA.

It would be so helpful, if those here who just hate "Obamacare", took a little time to find out something about it. You know, so you could hate something that actually exists. Even though it's so much easier to not bother.

I missed the exclusion for ER visits? Why because it doesn't exist? Otherwise status quo except it f's anyone paying and benefits anyone not!

REPEAL NOW!

You're completely clueless about what's in the PPACA, and who pays for what. Right now you and I and hospitals pay for the uninsured. That isn't going to change with the PPACA - except there will be far less uninsured.
