We were informed this morning that due to a Horsemen's dispute, we can not offer the Tampa Bay signal at this time. Negotiations are taking place to get this resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you downloaded PP’s, let me know your account information and I will get a credit request in for you.

Sincerely,

Default What a joke Twin Spires is

In the last 30 minutes, I have been disconnected/kicked off the website twice with the note "your account is signed on from somewhere else, you are being logged off"

I have telephoned 4 times, twice to tech support and twice to customer service. All four times they have been answered, then just click into oblivion (not even put on hold)

This company is an unprofessional disaster, and I can't believe YouBet did this to their customers.

Hey, YouBet made money on the sale, we got screwed.

I finally did get through to customer service today. She said the beta "Express" platform (the YouBet look-alike pretender) just isn't working, they can't seem get it to work without tons of glitches, they are getting piles and piles of constant complaints and e-mails, and have been.

She suggested I use the plain Twin Spires interface or TS TV. I told her, "But I don't like them. Those basic platforms are why I never used Twin Spires in the first place" I asked, didn't YouBet sell them their program? She said yes, but they just can't seem to make it work.

What I have heard was that Youbet was based off Linux, and TS is not.

I would LOVE if we had bookies in the US.

That could explain alot. I've given up reliability, speed, information and accuracy (and the rewards I had) by being forced to Twin Spires, combined with terrible customer service.

Twin Spires is a joke. I don't want television with their talking heads, I want my accurate, sophisticated interactive betting platform back.

Sincerely,
That would explain why they had Tampa stuck on Race 1 all day on Twin Spires Mobile yesterday.

They have until Wednesday to get Tampa or they can say adios to my money. Xpressbet or TVG, here I come.

I switched to Xpressbet....seems just fine.

The only difference between them and TS is I placed a winning bet with Xpress and they paid me.

So, I just went over to Xpressbet to check my account there. When I signed in, a pop-up asked me to verify my information (e-mail, home address, etc...). Everything they had was correct, so I hit the verify button and got this:

Sorry

We are sorry, but your account is currently locked.
Unfortunately, you will have to call Customer Service at 1-866-88Xpress (1-866-889-7737) to reactivate your account.
Customer Service hours of operation are Daily 10:30 am - 11:00 pm. Eastern Time, 7:30 am - 8:00 pm Pacific Time.
If there is one thing in life that I cannot stand to do, it's calling customer service for any company. For God's sake all of my information was correct, I just agreed with them and got locked out.

I'm off to check my TVG account....

They have a monthly charge I think...

At expressbet try using the "I forgot my password " route....sometimes if you change your password it lets you back in.

Can't find my TVG account info (never used it other than signing up). Thanks for the heads up on the monthly charge, I immediately stopped looking for the account info.

Xpressbet it is. I'll call when CS is open.

Screwing with mah Tampa Bay was the absolute last straw. I don't give a sh1t if they resolve it or not at this point - TS is officially not my problem anymore.

Just funded my old Xpressbet acct with enough to get me through and requested a complete withdrawal from TS -

Mike,
Once a year xpressbet has to verify your account info...........I believe it is for auditing reasons. I have to submit a fax with a photo Id verifying my address etc..... Since your account was inactive by guess is they just need to update this.

I'm using my Expressbet for the first time in months because of this. WTF is the deal? Can't they get their sh*t together.
