What a joke Twin Spires is
In the last 30 minutes, I have been disconnected/kicked off the website twice with the note "your account is signed on from somewhere else, you are being logged off"
I have telephoned 4 times, twice to tech support and twice to customer service. All four times they have been answered, then just click into oblivion (not even put on hold) This company is an unprofessional disaster, and I can't believe YouBet did this to their customers.

She said the beta "Express" platform (the YouBet look-alike pretender) just isn't working, they can't seem get it to work without tons of glitches, they are getting piles and piles of constant complaints and e-mails, and have been. She suggested I use the plain Twin Spires interface or TS TV. I told her, "But I don't like them. Those basic platforms are why I never used Twin Spires in the first place" I asked, didn't YouBet sell them their program? She said yes, but they just can't seem to make it work.
