You guys are all some real, dyed-in-the-wool American badasses. When not posting on Internet message boards, I picture you all out in the garage, sitting around the table saw, drinking beer, boasting about all the women you've had while taking turns kicking each other in the nuts with your steel-toed boots (just to see who's man enough to take it). After that, I picture the obligatory show-and-tell, scar-sharing session which eventually ends abrubtly when one of you gets the idea to "shoot something." And if any of you pansies dared brought up the arts or popular culture in general, the conversation, I'm guessing, would quickly turn to twelve-point bucks and tractor pulling.

Where can I find the form online to sign up for your 2010 Hard-Ass Summer Camp? I'm hoping pussification can be reversed.

I stopped caring about the NBA when Bird retired....that was 18 years ago when I was 13 years old.

If I listed my top 10 sports to watch/follow, I'm not sure the NBA would even make the cut. I haven't watched 5 minutes of the NBA this year, regular season and playoffs combined. I thought of this because of the thread in the sports forum that won't die.

I'm too lazy to look it up, but I am sure MLB and NHL are just as bad. They play back to back nights all season long, but can't do it in the playoffs.

I know it is all about the TV contracts driving the playoff schedule, but it is brutal.

I love the show Glee. I don't do anything above, I'm hardly a hardass.

The video, (and flash mobs in general) is GAY beyond words.

I've been trying to figure out exactly where the thread belongs... Is it Esoteric? There's lots of Sports... Has Societal overtones too... It may need to be planted to grow its' own new room.

I tend to agree. I like theater (even musicals) and don't get into any of the sterotypes above. But what the students did was neither original or cool. It was painfully hard to watch.

OK, Ginger. Before any pussification reversals are made, which one are you in the dance video?

These are the lamest things ever. I swear I was in a bar last night and people were trying to create one. I felt like I was in the South Park High School Musical episode.
