That nutcase Ron Paul says the government will implant some kind of chip whereby everyone can be tracked. HUH?! Keep it simple - proof of citizenship gets you a National photo ID photo. Perhaps it can be counterfeited - just spend money on the technology whereby it can't. Better yet - make it VOLUNTARY - not mandatory. Wonder how many people would go for it. HMMMmmmmmm - think the go for its would far outnumber the hell no's.
