The mother certainly has been acting guilty, but lets hear all the evidence before convicting her. I am opposed to the death penalty so need say nothing more in that regard. actually while I believe she deserves to die for this (there is a LOT of evidence against her... so much that they were willing to charge 1st degree murder without even having a body). I would rather have her physically and mentally tortured in prison the rest of her life. She deserves that.
