Caylee Anthony's remains found.. most likely

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,465424,00.html

found the bones of a small child wrapped in a plastic bag with duct tape.

I dont know how big this story is around the country... but in Florida its been a huge news story for like 5 months now.. and people have put in thousands of volunteer hours looking for this poor child.

I hope the woman who gav birth to her, Casey, rots in jail for eternity and gets physically abused daily. (cant say mother cause no mother could kill their toddler daughter) I dont care if its a sin to say that.

TheSpyder 12-11-2008 12:19 PM

Do they know for sure what happened? I've heard about the story but not any details. That really sucks if true.

Quick cliff notes

Caylee (the child) has been missing since June

Casey (mother) did not say word to police or ANYONE until a month after disappearance when the grandparents called the cops.

Casey was partying, doing wet t-shirt contests, being a whore for the month before it was reported.

Casey says she dropped Caylee off at a babysitter but no one lives at the address Casey gave the cops and the person she mentioned never babysat Caylee.

since july thousands of people have spent thousands of hours searching for Caylee.

Dogs trained to smell death (decay) found scent of death in Casey's trunk of car, along with chloroform (used to make people pass out) and Caylee's hair.

Searches on Casey's computer for chloroform and suffocating (I believe)

Casey's been in and out of jail for check fraud charges while police trying to make a case.

Casey never acts like a grieving parent.

last month, police finally charged Casey with first degree murder and a number of other related charges.

today the bones of a small child were found close to Casey's grandparents house by a utility worker. remains are not yet identified but believed to be Caylee's.

Do you think the grandparents were in on this?

no I dont... and I dont think the police have ever thought they were suspects either. They seem to really love their granddaughter

I really wish Casey would have just given the child to her parents or dropped her off at a church doorstep instead of this.. what a beautiful little girl. :(

Thanks for the article, Anti-trust. I know you and I are on opposite ends politically, I have followed this issue somewhat over the last few months. It sure never smelled right from the start, and the mother's attitude isn't much better than Blagojevich's

I'm a liberal, progressive believer in the effects of drug addiction may have had on the mother, I always felt she traded her daughter in some sense to some people, for a time during a drug situation, and something got out of hand. But, rather than admit her complicity in the first part of the plan, she has decided to try to save herself rather than be honest about her little girl's death. In my opinion, she should have just admitted it outright from day 1, or killled herself and leave a note asking God to have Mercy

Death penalty is what I would want here. It wasn't a crime of passion, I don't think, therefore it was coldly calculated for some selfish gain. This to me, is a risk of being a re-offender, and that is no risk to take

I think the grandparents figured it out somewhat early on, but not for a month or so. Theirs' is probably the really interesting story here when this is alll over. It must be tough to accept that your child did this to her own child

She doesn't deserve to live. To do something like this to your own flesh and blood with no remorse, going around partying like nothing happened shows that she is just an extemely callous individual. In which society has no place for her.

unfortunately, in the reports I have read, the prosecution is not seeking the death penalty.

I've been following the case also....very sad and hard for me to understand how someone can do this to a child. The mother certainly has been acting guilty, but lets hear all the evidence before convicting her. I am opposed to the death penalty so need say nothing more in that regard. I agree that the grandparents appear completely innocent...and I can't imagine the shame and sorrow they feel, the apparent death of their granddaughter and the actions of their daughter...a parent's worse nightmare.

actually while I believe she deserves to die for this (there is a LOT of evidence against her... so much that they were willing to charge 1st degree murder without even having a body). I would rather have her physically and mentally tortured in prison the rest of her life. She deserves that.

Somer I respect your views, but what kind of person is able to (apperantly) kill their own child and then act like nothing happened? A defenseless 3 year old kid with her whole life ahead of her. All because she wanted to be a drugged up hoar. If that's what she wanted, there are other avenue's she could have used for her daughter. There is just no place in society for her. If they don't kill her, I hope that she gets beaten to a bloody pulp in prison everyday for the rest of her life.

Mike 12-11-2008 02:58 PM

I forgot to add, the fact that evidence suggests Caylee's corpse was driven around in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car, shows she was likely involved in the "dumping" of the body

Would you guys and gals "dump" your little child's body?

ArlJim78 12-11-2008 03:28 PM

given that the remains were found within a half mile of their house, i think the chances are very remote that it is not actually Caylee.

this can be a sick world we live in.

Phuck that. Let that who-re rot in a box for the rest of her life. Death would be the easy way out compared to the treatment she'll get on the inside. She should be bludgeoned to near death with a dulled mattock. Let the b!tch recoup, then do the same thing again.

No room in this world for scum like that.

Coach Pants 12-11-2008 04:58 PM

Kill her and every single being in her family tree. Then kill a few tards in Hollywood for good measure.

Coach Pants 12-11-2008 05:27 PM

Kill the Florida Gators and all their fans while you're at it.

Typical of a jort-wearing Gator fan to kill her kid.

3kings 12-11-2008 07:47 PM

I think the mother killed her daughter by accident and then tried to cover it up. She was young and stupid and saw all her friends going out to party, and she wanted to join them. She thought she could chloroform the child and knock her out for a little while, she screwed up and killed the kid. She panicked did not want to go to jail and then tried to cover up the death. The G-Parent are either the most naive(stupid) people in the world or helped cover it up. Just my guess, regardless she should rot in jail for the rest of her life .

not surprised that they found her body, just surprised it took this long. the 'mother' been in jail for some time now, with formal charges brought recently.
the grandparents surely ought to face charges as well, and their defense of the indefensible, the month-long wait to even report the little girl missing-all adds up to a horribly dysfunctional group.
