Easy. First basketball game my dad ever took me to see was Boston and Dallas. Boston won, they had Larry Bird, and it was a no brainer.

Growing up in the late 70's and early 80's, everything about Dallas was full of glamour. The TV show, the Cowboys, their cheerleaders.

Since my name is Reggie and the Yankees were winning World Series titles at the time I started watching baseball, I was a Reggie Jackson fan.

Duke because I went to high school in South Carolina and our team was pretty damn good (#7 in the country my junior year). We'd go up to Durham on weekends and play and could always get in games cause our center was first team all-American and was highly recruited. While the UNC and NC St guys were usually assholes to us, the Duke guys never were. We spent a lot of time playing with those guys that went on to the championship game in 1986 and were the foundation of what Duke is today. Johnny Dawkins is still today one of my five favorite players.

I’ve been a Nets fan since they had Bernard King in 1978. Am I allowed to still be a fan?

I’ve been a knicks fan longer so I can hate the nets right. Bernard was my favorite though
