I would say more are leaving than arriving. Especially at this level of racing. you also have to consider the late blooming 3 year olds coming up while you are declining.

Example - Look at Rachel Alexandra. Never the same after that hard campaign.

ok I will...the breeding shed and the money to be made there is the reason good horses don't run
