Curlin covered 131 mares in the 2009 breeding season.

Blame's sire (Arch) and his dam (Liable) are each tail female to truly amazing mares. Arch traces to Courtly Dee and Liable to Rough Shod. Both of those mares have some pretty strong sires under them.
I'm sure that many of the Claiborne clients will support Blame as they have his sire. Breeders looking to add some stamina to a family heavy with speed might use him.
I am not sure he'll be a "commercial success," his sire really hasn't been. However I see him as more the Broad Brush or Kris S type, he'll have a following of breed to race types.

Arch will certainly become more commercial in coming years. Kris S seems to have a successful son in Rock hard Ten, I would think Claiborne would love Blame to be as well received as RHT.
