God forbid we ever get attacked. I can see it now, "we are in the initial stages of consultation."
Spoken like someone living in a vacum. We have war raging on 2 fronts Del, it is not a video game where we can hit reset when we make it 3 and see all the negative consequences. And if we do make it 3 is it Obama's fault that we sink deeper into this financial mire supporting it?

There is no war "raging". Iraq has been very quiet and Afganistan is hardly a raging war. The idea that the US or its allies are vunerable because of troops in the Middle East is not grounded in any sort of fact. The truth is that a conventional war is far easier for us to fight if it came to that because of our weaponary and the fact that we will have a clearly defined enemy. Rooting out terrorists is far tougher than leveling N. Korea though the presence of China makes it unlikely that we would even do that.

Well the appeal to China didn't work. Instead we have a warning issued.

Personally I think Obama needs to tell S. Korea fight or surrender. But I'm sure he'll issue a 'double important' appeal to China and 'more' needless sanctions for N. Korea. Heck if he's really mad he'll send Hillary to the UN in New York for 1000 star sanctions.

Because the world needs another war. Brilliant.

Edit: and you can be the first to join up and go fight, okay!

....Know your enemies ...

WASHINGTON -- Sarah Palin is drawing criticism from around the world after declaring that the United States has to stand with "our North Korean allies."

Palin's gaffe, made Wednesday during an interview on Glenn Beck's syndicated radio show, was quickly corrected by her host. But it drew immediate fire from liberal bloggers, who cited it as an example of the 2008 vice presidential candidate's lack of foreign policy expertise.

Newspapers in Asia and Europe are repeating the criticism. The Times of India says Palin "did it again," while London's Daily Mail says she "may want to brush up on her geography."

The conservative U.S. website The Weekly Standard came to Palin's defense, pointing out that "she correctly identified North Korea as our enemy literally eight seconds before the mix-up."

When you listen to the audio tape, it's apparent that Palin still doesn't really understand that North and South are two separate entities. She's just kinda rambling on against Obama.

What nobody notices is that Palin clearly misuses the word "sanctions", too, saying she is afraid Obama won't sanction North Koreas actions!

Palin famously never knew North/South existed in the first place in her 2008 debate training, and doesn't appear to have mastered it since. She's still just a word salad of memorized talking points.

the only expertise she seems to have is the ability to draw attention to herself. she's a lightweight who deserves every criticism sent her way. she's pathetic. god help us should that dipshit get anywhere near a federal govt position EVER.
