Police used cones to set up a special lane on Norman Berry Drive where people could drop off their forms without getting out of their cars.

"It's more of a traffic concern today," East Point Police Chief Leander Robinson told the AJC

"They want us to mail it in, but most folks aren’t going to mail theirs in, thinking they will get lost in the mail,” she said.
