Two one-way speed horses in the race, but Javier Castellano was not aggressive enough and Moreno was not quick enough. As soon as he was crossed and cleared he became odds-on to finish dead last...and Bayern's chances of winning obviously increased tremendously with a loose early lead.

In America, there's no in-race Exchange wagering. You're just supposed to "watch the beautiful spectacle and enjoy the pretty horses and colors"
I'm not sure if that was sarcasm, but you meant to tell me that Moreno getting smacked silly to the point that Javier almost fell off didn't affect his chances of getting the lead? Bayern was no where near clear of either Shared Belief or Moreno to have crossed over in a safe manner.
