And there is no faux impartiality here (thanks for the psycho-analysis). I'm a racing fan. I love watching good horses run. I think Rachel Alexandra is outstanding.

I just think Zenyatta's better.

I know you were making a joke -- I was too, because it doesn't seem all that far-fetched that CSC may at some point use "Zenyatta is a famous painter, too" as a reason that she's better or why HOY was stolen or why Jess Jackson is the anti-christ and therefore Rachel is the Queen of Hell or whatever figures to fly out of his mouth next. It really wouldn't surprise me.

Yeah, that's original. Good one Brian, between you can Couch who surprisingly has had one good post today, you can admit it, you guys missed me. It must have been boring for you to have everyone agreeing with you with the fanclub's Rachel "peace" love in these past 6 months. I'll try to come back more often when and if the Princess runs.

Yes, because if you check my history, you'll note that I was incessantly posting about Rachel and positively glowing from everyone agreeing with me. More matter of factly, I'd be surprised if there was even a single post about her from my account during your, unfortunately, former hiatus.

You'd be surprised at how much less rabid and obsessed people may seem about her when they aren't busy refuting every idiotic statement offered up by some bitter pill.

It's interesting, really.
