Some movement here and there as JB still holds on as the "Leader of the Pack", compliments of the "Shangra Las" 1964, the year I graduated from HS. I'm sure JB and a few others here will remember that.

Lets see how Santa Anita treated us as we move closer to the first Saturday in May!

1: 240 - JolyB (2nd ROI 3/22 and 1st ROI 3/29)
2: 148 - Real Quiet (3rd Pts 3/22 and 1st Pts, 2nd ROI 3/29)
3: 147 - Digger (1st Pts 3/22)
4: 112 - Cal828
5: 108 - Indian Hemp (2nd Pts, 1st ROI 3/22
6: 97 - DonGuido (3rd Pts 3/29)
7: 92 - Ruffian (4th Pts 3/22 and 2nd Pts 3/29)
8: 85 - Alli (4th Pts 3/29)
9: 13 - NJ Stinks
10: 7 - Gamblin4Ever

Yes, I do remember at least parts of the song. I guess that makes me old

There was a line that said,"That's when I fell for the Leader of the Pack" and another that said, "I'm sorry I hurt you the Leader of the Pack", each of which was followed by the sound of a big Harley revving up.

I think her love's name was Jimmy.

I don't have to guess about it. I am old, if not ancient. I remember Bill Haley and the Comets and Little Richard singing Tutti Fruiti and how people thought Elvis' gyrations on stage were shocking and probably the work of the Devil. Of course that was a bit before 1964. More like mid 50s, I think.
