You can’t always know what is going to motivate the public, but how 6-1 Top Fortitude goes off at 30-1 to pay $62.20 in Saturday’s Laz Barrera is a mystery. I hope many took advantage as it was one of those nice opportunities that comes along only so many times a year.

Happy Mother’s Day to all..

Fascinating set of 7 and not even Frac Daddy (15-1) impossible as a lone 4yo in field and potentially still improving. McPeek trainee’s ’14 races have been a step forward from last year’s and may get away with murder on front end here. Imagining almost always runs his race. Grandeur an International trouper but always concerned Leparoux will arrive too late. Amira’s Prince can put in first run on the pacesetter. Vertiformer and Real Solution can sit off at the ready and move at will. Superb matchup and great fodder for Jockey Club Tour on Fox Sports 1 broadcast team..

Most Likely: #2 Imagining 5-1 WON ($8.50)
Next Best: #1 Grandeur 4-1 3rd
