I always scan Steve's picks for the famous top line ALL CAPS picks (not sure of the statistics behind those, but in my personal rolodex, they do VERY well).

Didn't see any today, but I did take note of several top line double-digit bombs...including a 30-1 and 15-1.....hmmm....I will take those under advisement!!!

lol ya I’m not sure what to do there. Maybe after a few beers it will look easier
I thought Echo Sound looked pretty good in there but my more interesting opinion, and Steve has her second...if you draw a line through the last in the slop, cutting back to probably a better distance G W'S Girl looks pretty good no?

It's certainly not the event CD/NYRA put on but I actually think these cards are pretty intriguing from a handicapping/betting point of view....of course outside the Oxbow year I tend to not have much success at Pimlico...I'm going to tread lightly but take a few swings.

I definitely think Clever Again is the right horse to take a shot against Journalism with. Not too sure on the price but I really liked that last effort...the fresh horse angle is pretty tried and true...not a big River Thames or Sandman fan so my thought it to try to keep them out under in the verticals, use Journalism defensively and try to get Pay Billy/Gosger into the number (will probably also use Goal Oriented somewhat defensively as I think he's the other main challenger if maybe Baffert was targeting this all along and probably has a ceiling as high/higher than any of these)...

Good luck everyone.

Miss Preakness....
Mila Rose ...love the name, hoping to see her mow them down in the lane coming home but I dont believe the 10/1 ML will stand with the jockey upgrade

Race 4, I really like your top two picks Steve but I’m including the 1 horse in my wagers. It’s 17/1 and had a really bad trip last time out in his first off the layoff. Would not be shocked to see it end up in the money.

Unhappy

Guys, don’t be like me.

I just texted my cousin and told him I kind of liked the 1 in race 5 then didn’t bet it. It won going away and paid $137.

Baffert's horse had the odds lumped up, it was a good race to place some small win bets on the long odds just to have some action in a race with a way overbet chalk

Yeah. I foolishly keyed the 7 over top of the 1 and then others thinking the 7 wouldn’t lose. Big mistake.

The 11 here in race 10 at 40/1 is nuts.
