Jockey helmets

Hi folks,

Perhaps someone could help me with a couple equipment questions:

Is there a particular jockey helmet manufacturer that dominates that share of that market? (i.e. like Riddell dominates the football helmet market)

Do the jockeys get to choose their own helmets, or are they just assigned in the tack room with the proper colors mounted?
