Has anybody out there heard much about this handicapper and his figures. He makes a final speed figure combining early pace figs and final time to come up with a beyer like figure, and graphs it out like some of the other speed sheets. Personally , I haven't had much success with that type of thing, as early fractional times are based on too many unknown factors, such as jockey intent, track variant, wind, runup, distance, etc.. Final figs at least give you a few straws to grasp at. Any way , apparently James Quinn has said good things about Fotias. Let me know if you've used his figs and what you think.
