You inquire of someone.

You inquire about something.

I don't know exactly how you would inquire with anyone or anything.
Not to mention that most grammar police would say that "most unique" is incorrect, too.

Yes. "Unique" is already a superlative, indicating something sui generis, "the only one of its kind."
