When crop sizes shrink, it's typically not the Distorted Humors, Giants Causeways, Tapits, etc that disappear. It's the Lucky Pulpits.

So yeah, while CC has less to deal with in the crop, he's also going to be facing a higher percentage of well bred sorts, with less chaff.

which makes me wonder why we hear almost every year how 'awful' the 3 yo's are.
