Here is some information on the "Brady Law."
http://www.bradycampaign.org/legisla...hecks/bradylaw says something about mentally ill persons that have been "court ordered." I take this to mean persons that have been at some point in their lives hospitalized for mental illness so that they would not harm themselves or others?
