how anyone in this day an age can tell me jorts are more comofortable then cargo shorts is beyond me.
also, cargo shorts allow for extra pocket room that is essential for most GOOD handicappers to put their lucky rock, 15 different pens, multi-colored highlighters, dip, cigs, condoms, clip on tie (in case someone invites you to the grandstand), tip sheet and losing tickets for the IRS, just in case ONE day you hit something that is taxed

cargos > jorts

I carry pretty much all of these things (save for the dip, condoms and tie) in my regular jeans / shorts. It's a huge pain in the ass. But I've gone the route of Cargos, and having all of that sh.it swinging around on you like a pack mule not only looks hella lame, it not particularly comfortable.

Plus you have to take all that sh1t out just to sit down, like you do with regular pants.

Cargo<=> Others. No advantage.

Backpack / Murse > Pockets

That is a good idea. I'm going to carry around a bucket from now on(except when by back pack wielding Sherpa is around), thanks.

Don't forget the fannypack! Such a helpful photo; it offers so many options.

Sorry dude, NOBODY rolls in these. At least nobody I've ever met. Or seen.

I just bought a pair of William Rast Jeans. These:

And wore them to the track Saturday. Perfectly comfortable. Though I did put my pp's in Sheet's Dad's backpack.

There is no point in everyone carrying a friggin rucksack around. If you show up with one, be prepared to shlep everybody's crap. That's man code.
