It really is a good trade. Martin will bring scoring, Lamb is very talented, and they get two 1st and a 2nd from Charlotte, which is 99% to be the 1st pick in the 2nd round. Further, they got rid of two bad players with guaranteed contracts in Hayward and Cook.
