I thought Lukas had a great point as well --

“What happens if a horse gets stirred up in there for two or three days? A guy is betting his money believing a horse will run like he did in the past out of his own barn, so how is that protecting the public?”

Just heard John Sabini being interviewed on Mark Cusano's Down The Stretch show on Capital OTB network. I considered myself fairly well-educated and usually refrain from hasty, mean-spirited comments. However, this man is an I-D-I-O-T.

Then, I looked up his bio. Of course, his background is that he is politician! Is Gov. Cuomo attempting to destroy horse racing so that State of New York can move all casino monies to general fund? Sabini appears to be an excellent first step if this is plan.

I saw that too. He sounds just like a politician. Nothing is his fault, if you disagree with him you are worng and tries to spin everything. That shot at Roman's was real classy.

Yes and Sabini is the likely prototype leader for the vaunted Federal oversight committee that so many in this business seemingly crave for.
