Posting exact tickets on a website, blog, or analysis is difficult. I had to do it for years. You don't have many variables in play, such as scratches, track condition, and other intangibles. It might behoove you going forward to post your thoughts and let your readers know you'll be back at a later time with a final ticket. Just my $.02.

I don't know. Not sure I gave it a lot of thought. If I sold my picks, that would certainly change my opinion. I do it for fun and for free so, I think I'm entitled to post a 10,000 ticket and bet a $4 ticket. It is a demonstration as to which races I would spread or go light etc. I may bet more, less, same or different on race day. You're 100% correct that there are MANY variables that change ticket construction, not least of all scratches (of which my top choice was scratched in the last leg). Never thought I would have to explain this to serious horseplayers.
Let the sleestacks on this message boards spend their time trying to ferret out what I did bet, should have bet, could have posted on my website, etc while people that give a sh%t continue to try and make money at the game. It never ceases to amaze me at the amount of time some of these diseased people waste. Pathetic.
You do realize the argument this week is that I posted a bet (which I lost) that I didn't make. Could that be more ridiculous? Why would anyone do that?
