Gotham Pick 4: Track Phantom
Let's try this again..... Ticket and analyis at link below
http://www.trackphantom.com/Raceoftheday.html 8th #6 Sing Dixie Sing could constitute a single for those looking to cheapen. Has run two winning races but caught toughies. 9th (Tom Fool) #5 Calibrachoa loves the distance and the track. Must use #6 Caleb's Posse is prepping for the Carter. Classy but will be far back. #2 Royal Currier is dangerous. Could be left alone on lead as others hold something back for Posse's late run. Upset special. 10th (Gotham) #2 Stealcase got perfect trip in last but don't hold it against him. Will see a bunch of tired runners in the final 200 yards. #12 Hansen gets new bit and blinkers off. Too headstrong in last. Wet track, outside post, new equipment. Taking stand. #7 Suns Out Guns Out is still a maiden but if the race falls apart, don't be surprised to see this grinder make a late impact at long odds. How about the :59.4 coming in for this router? Could spark a goofy payoff. 11th #8 Zone Breaker is top choice in a very difficult race. Must go deep to collect in the pick 4. Good tactical speed and three good efforts in last 5 starts. Slight drop could make the difference. |
The first leg is wide open. The hushion jv is live along with a few others.... I forget the name now but there's a horse in there who's like 20-1 coming off a dreadful trip...... next leg for me caleb is a total toss first back going 6. Emcee is likely a monster and u only need him n repole. Id press emcee for an extra 1 or 1.50 gotham.... hansens a total toss. I like suns out guns out and stealcase and a little dan n sheila. I could also cover 4 more in there. I'm playing it like hansen can't win n I'm actually focusing on the pick 3 ending there

I think you're thinking of Raffie's Chance --- major player. Not sure on Caleb's Posse. I'm taking a slight bet against, as well. However, we saw with Union Rags last week that you don't need to be 100% when you have that kind of class. Don't like Dan and Shelia at all. Lecomte has been a very unproductive race. It appears, in my opinion, to be Hansen or boxcars. Don't care much for the medium priced runners. |
In the Gotham, I'm on Stealcase and Suns out Guns out, along with Mann, buy expect the first two mentioned to come down from their ML odds. And I'm against calbriacoa today. Think he regresses off last and his every other race beyer pattern is pretty evident. I'm singling Emcee in the pk4, as I think he just runs away and hides.

Wanted to post my actual pick 4 play in advance. Not likely to be a big deal as my top choice and 9-5 favorite won the first leg.
$160 1,6,9,12 with 2,4,5,6 with 2,4,7,12,13 with 7,10,12 13. After reading everyone's ideas, I added Emcee in the Tom Fool, just as a defensive play. Probably looking at getting less than my bet back if I hit. Vulnerable in last two legs (my last throwout to narrow my ticket was Slide Road in the Gotham). |

It's interesting, hindsight is always perfect, but if you had structured your original ticket like the Fountain of Youth where you singled Union Rags, a horse that Hansen beat, instead of spreading all over the place, you would have made some money. I took two horses in the race in the Riders Up pick four contest on pace advantage and that cost me because I missed the winner in the nightcap. You wonder sometimes if we overthink a race. Hansen stumbled at the start of The Holy Bull and came up short to a very highly thought of horse in Algorhythms. The connections are a little concerned about facing him and Union Rags in the Fountain of Youth, so they decide to ship to Aqueduct to face next to nothing in the Gotham since Alpha has skipped the race to go on to the Wood Memorial. What do we need, a road map????????????????? :D |
It's funny how things work....
I put this pick 4 in at SA: 3,8,9,11,WT,5,7,8,WT,1,5,6,7,8,WT,3 - Singled Ron the Greek. Of course, only race I missed was where i was 5 deep in an 8 horse field. Silly---Just hit the all button. Left $1,000 on the table. |

Who does he think I am? You are!

Why do people always question whether someone made a bet or not? It's weird....now I'm getting accussed for not making a bet that I didn't win? Makes me wonder if you guys just talk about what you would have bet but don't actually wager....if that's the case...so be it....just thought there were more serious players here

I post bets different here? Are you retarded? Are you? Do you even read what you type? Never in my life have I done that. Only imbasils like you would care to do that. I have an idea...stay on your meds. (and by the way--- I'm quite certain there is "no money in your pocket" to spend on a site. Now THAT is a sure bet) |
