No argument, Paul, but she implied nobody was doing anything. I'm not big on blowing our own horn, but I take a little offense to being ignored in this particular situation.
I get it and this is an instance that you should be very proud of your work. Sadly, most tracks offer almost nothing in the way of useful information to their customers.
