I mean unless there was something illegal or improper about the vote count that could be contested in court, what are they to do? draft a resolution saying "we don't accept the president"?

LOL - What "radical" agenda? The health care reform was left over from Nixon and the 1980's Republicans. Obama's financial polices are pure center-right Republican.
